How it works:
Following your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email which includes links to your intake packet, sleep log (if applicable), white noise dB worksheet and sound machine considerations.
Once you return the Intake (+ Log, if applicable), we'll set up your initial Goals Consultation call (typically lasts 30-75 minutes).
Approximately 3-4 days after your Goals Consult call, you'll receive an email with your written Plan/Workbook which includes initial recommendations + supporting documents. Note: every child reacts differently, so we WILL likely need to tweak the plan as time goes on - we expect this and provide specific feedback and regular updates to your plan. You'll also have an Optional Follow-Up call that you can schedule within 72 hours of the delivery of your plan (recommended but not required).
Following delivery of your plan or workbook, you'll have full access to our staff as defined above.
Notes: All emails + texts are responded to within 24-hours, with the exception of holidays and scheduled reduced staff times.
