How it works:

Following your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email which includes links to your intake packet.
Once you return the Intake (+ Log, if applicable), we'll set up your initial Goals Consultation call (typically lasts 30-75 minutes) based on mutual availability.
Shortly after your Goals Consult call (and depending on return of documents from you), you'll receive an email with your written Plan/Workbook which includes initial recommendations + supporting documents discussed.
Note: every child reacts differently, so we WILL likely need to tweak the plan as time goes on - we expect this and provide specific feedback but this will happen via dialogue and not via updates to the plan documents themselves.
Optional Follow-Up call can be scheduled within 72 hours of the delivery of your plan (recommended but not required).
Following delivery of your plan/workbook, you'll have full access to our staff as defined above.
